As a traditional Chinese health and fitness Qi Gong ( QI-pronounced chi-Chi Gong) exercise routine, Health Chi Gong (Qi Gong--meaning energy way) is a health improving practice that has evolved over several thousand years in China. It is based on promoting the free flow of energy through the body's energy channels ( meridians). This is achieved by specific movements. Breathing and mind focus to clear the blockages in our channels. Like having acupuncture without the needles! This help us to achieve better health by a stronger immune system to avoid illness, and helps practitioners to ward off disease and to achieve a stronger and healthy viscera inside and physique outside and promote longevity.
 
Health Chi Gong ( Qi ong ) has total 10 program now. All the movements ( Picture ) found in an Ancient Tomb. They called DAOYIN exercise.
