NO 6. ( Six Breath )Health Boosting Chi Gong (QiGong) can produce an effect similar to massage on the internal organs of the body. It is achieved specifically through the six exhaled breath sound method, and a simple Qigong fitness action. This adjusts the internal afghans Qi balance in order to achieve a strong and healthy viscera inside and physique outside.







First Posture: XU ( liver---wood)
1. XU corresponds with the liver. Saying the XU sound has the function of
releasing bad Qi from the liver and recuperating its function. Opening your
eyes wide at the same time can regulate (smooth) the livers Qi and improve
the eyesight.
2. The palms up and out, left and right promotes the livers Qi and blood flow.
3. The body's rotating around the waist help exercise internal abdominal, then
internal organs,and improve the digestive function and flexibility in the waist an
knee in the elderly.
Second Posture: HE ( heart---fire)
1. HE corresponds with the heart. Saying the HE sound can release bad Qi from
the heart and recuperate bad Qi from the heart.and recuperate its function.
2. The hands movement together, and up, down and out, makes the kidney Qi (
(water) rise and suppress the heart Qi (fire) to balance and recuperate the heart
function.
3. The continuous turning, pushing and rotation of the hand and arms is
conducive to the prevention and treatment do upper limb joint degeneration in
the elderly.
Third Posture: HU ( spleen ---earth)
1. HU corresponds with the spleen. Saying the HU sound can release bad Qi from
the spleen and stomach and recuperate their function.
2. Though opening and closing, between the palms and navel, the abdominal
cavity can expand and shrink promoting gastrointestinal peristalsis . This
strengthens the spleen and harmonizes the stomach promoting digestion.
Fourth Posture: SI ( lung ---metal)
1. SI corresponds with the lungs. Saying the SI sound can release bad Qi from
the lungs recuperating lung function.
2. Through the exercise of opening the shoulders and cularging the chest, lifting
the shoulder and contracting the neck, dentine Qi rises to the chest by berthing
natural Qi to the expanded chest and pushing up with lower abdominal
contraction. This promotes lung Qi the respirator function and oxygen exchange.
3. The exercise of raising palms, opening shoulders and pushing the palms can s
stimulate the neck, shoulder, back acupoints. This effectively relieves the neck,
shoulder and back muscles and joints preventing cervical spondylosis,
scapulohumeral periavthritis and back muscle strain and other disease.
Fifth Posture: CHUI (kidney ---water)
1. CHUI corresponds with kidney. Saying CHUI sound can release bad Qi from
the kidney and recuperate their function.
2. The palms coming in and massage your waist and upper things invigorate
your kidney and waist function preventing aging.
Six Posture: XI ( Triple Warmer )
1. XI corresponds with Qi. Saying XI can clear the meridians and harmonies the
meridian function.
2. Through the hands divided, opening out lifting and folding, pressing and
hanging loose, can help Qi be raised, open, lowered and contracted. This
coordinates the Qi.
