   Initial Stance:
 
1. Stand with your feet together, keep your head and neck erect, tuck in the chin slightly, pull in your chest and straighten your back;
2. Close your mouth;
3. look straight ahead;
4. Put the tip of your tongue against the upper gum, open the nasal path by hanging down the soft palate, the breath go out from
    your nose.
5. Relax your body and musles.6.Empty your mind and concentrate to the music.
 
Ending Stance:
1. Focusing attention on YONGQUAN acupoint can regulate the flow of QI;
2. Guiding QI back to its origin can help you attain mental tranquility.
