NO 8. Health Chi Gong ( Qi Gong) Exercise
Ready Position
It calms the mind,and regulates the breathing to put the organs at ease. The body being held straight and centered, this osition preares mind and body for stating the practice.

First Posture:
Holding the hands high with Palms Up to Regulate the Internal Organs.
1. The purpose of this routine is to animate functins of Sanjiao ( channel) , the three portions of the body
cavities housing the internal organs , help to ensure proper blood and QI and vital energy circulation
inside the organs.
2. Help control shoulder disorders and help prevent cervical spondylosis.
3. The flexibility of he joints is increased.







Second Posture:
Posing as an Archer Shooting Both Left-and Right-Handed.
1. Can stimulate such meridians as DUMAI ( governor vessel) Adjusts hand and other meridians regulate
bodily function.
2. Effective development of lower extremity muscle strength.Improved balance . Simultaneously increases
the strength of the forearm and arm muscles.Capable of improving wrist fingers joint flexibility and
coordination.
3. Beneficial correction of hunched back and shoulder adduction.Good preventive of shoulder, neck
disease.
Third Posture:
Holding One Arm Aloft to Regulate the Functions of the Spleen and Stomach.
1. Will pulling the abdominal cavity, massages the spleen and stomach ,liver and gallbladder, can stimulate
the abdomen and chest meridian and YU channel. It can recuperate spleen, stomach, liver and
gallbladder meridian function.
2. Allows spine and each vertebra small joints and small muscles to get exercise. Strengthens spine f
lexibility and stability. Conducive to the prevention and treatment shoulder and neck disease.
Fourth Posture:
Looking Backwards to Prevent Sickness and Strain
1. Can help expansive of pleural and intraperitoneal organs. Reduce the organs disorders.
2. Can stimulate the Dazhui channel of the neck and help prevent over happiness, anger, sadness, worry,
fear, panic, thinking ( passions ) hurt.
3. Increase the neck and shoulder joint and muscle contraction. Increase the range of motion in the neck.
Activities ophthalmoplegia prevention of eye muscle fatigue and shoulder, neck and back disorders.
Improves the neck and brain blood circulation and helps relieve central nervous system fatigue.
Fifth Posture:
Swinging the Head and Lowering the Body to Relieve StressTitle. Double click me.
1. Too much YANG energy makes the heart hot (eg: cold sore).Squatting the legs and swinging the tail, can
stimulate the spine and DUMAI ( governor vessel) . Rotating the head can stimulate the Dazhui at the
nape of the neck, and help remove the heart fire ( YING YANG balance).
2. The spine significantly bending, make spine, waist buttock in muscle contraction , increasing the neck,
waist, hip joint flexibility and neck muscle strength.
Sixth Posture:
Moving the Hands down the Back and Legs, and Touching he Feet to Strengthen the Kidneys.
1. The flexing and extension stimulates the spine and Du channel, Vital, Yang Guan channel, contribute
prevention and control of Genito-urological system chronic diseases .recuperation of kidney and waist
function.
2. Makes the spine muscle stretch and stronger. Good traction and massage the waist of the kidney, adrenal
gland, ureter. Improves the function and stimulate the activity.
Seventh Posture:
Thrusting the Fists and Making the Eyes Glare to Enhance Strength.
1. The eyes wide open and an angry stare can stimulate the Liver Meridian and make the livers blood filling
and clear bad chi from liver. Strong bones and muscles.
2. The legs squatting can stimulate the hand and foot’s san YIN and san YANG and TWELVE meridians and
YU & DU channel and stretch stimulation muscle and meridian . Long-term exercise makes the body
muscles strong with more energy.
Eighth Posture:
Raising and Lower the Heels to Cure Disease.
1. The san Yin and san Yang intersection in the foot is stimulated by the toes gripping. This stimulates the
whole body’s organ meridians letting the chi flow well and balancing YING and YANG.
2. Reising your heel, develops calf muscle strength and stretches plantar muscles and ligaments, Improve
the body's balance.
3. Relaxes body’s muscle relieving tension.
